When you lose multiple teeth, there is no denying its impact on your appearance and your ability to speak or chew normally. Wide gaps in your smile pose a big problem both in the form and the function of your bite.

Dentures are made of Luminous Porcelain Crowns and Gum Colored Acrylic

People have been using dentures for centuries and modern dentistry has dramatically improved their function and attraction. Dentures are made of acrylic that is matched to your gum tissue and porcelain crowns that have the luminosity and appeal of natural teeth. Our dentist designs the dentures to flatter your facial features.

There are several different types of dentures to choose from:

  • Partial dentures are removable and remain anchored to your smile with metal clasps that hook onto neighboring teeth. They can be designed to replace a row of teeth or several missing intermittent teeth either in the upper or lower bite.
  • Complete dentures replace a full arch of teeth and are secured to the gums using an adhesive paste and natural suction. They restore many of the functions of natural teeth.
  • Hybrid Dentures secure a full arch denture using dental implant posts. Sometimes dentures are secured with as few as four implants, which expedites healing time.
  • Overdentures are removable and clip onto implant posts. When dentures use implant posts to remain secure, the health of the jaw bone is preserved.

Removable dentures sometime require several adjustments before they fit the dynamics and anatomy of your oral structure optimally. Implant-supported dentures have the added benefit of keeping the jaw bone healthy and strong by preventing bone resorption.
